With the Remote app on your Apple Watch, you can control your Apple TV right from your wrist.

The Remote App for Apple Watch works similarly to the Remote app for iPhone, but you don’t have to download it from the App Store — it’s built right in. With Remote, you can pair with your Apple TV — or iTunes on your computer — and use your Watch just like the hardware remote. Menu, select, pause, play, skip forward or back, it’s all there. All you have to do is set it up first.
